Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DPS ENTERPRISES, we believe in maintaining transparency and ensuring customer satisfaction. We have therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy as detailed below

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 7 days of placing the order.

Cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to the vendor/merchant.

Once an order enters the shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled

2. Non-Cancellable Products

Orders for perishable items (such as flowers, food, or similar products) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer can clearly establish that the product delivered was of unsatisfactory quality or defective at the time of receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, the merchant/vendor will determine the validity of the claim and initiate a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund.

Claims reported beyond 7 days of product receipt may not be eligible for consideration.

4. Product Not as Described

If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, please inform our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding return, replacement, or refund.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer’s service center directly for support or replacement.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation by DPS ENTERPRISES.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
